UP FOLK DAY 2008
The rehearsal will be in one of the afternoon sessions and will bring all of the instruments from the workshops together.
It is a very exciting experience for folk players to play together in a large ensemble situation.
The orchestra will give a short performance during the showcase concert.
Last year there were 25 players performing an arrangement of a traditional tune which was learnt earlier in the day.
This year we are aiming for a tune and a song.
